Discover peace of mind with our Registered/Tracked Shipping options, available for Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Zones 2 to 5. All Zone 1 to Zone 5 orders benefit from our reliable tracked postage for a worry-free shopping experience.

 

Important Notes:

  • Accurate Delivery Address:

    • Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address during checkout to prevent any potential issues. The Colourful Crystal cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to locations other than the provided address.

  • Flexibility in Delivery:

    • If you prefer delivery to a location other than your home, consider options like your local shop or neighbors. Use the preferred shipping address during checkout. Once we have accepted and shipped the parcel, the delivery address can not be changed.

  • Parcel Delivery Assurance:

    • Rest assured, we take the issue of parcel delivery seriously. In cases where a customer claims non-delivery despite tracking confirmation, we reserve the right to contact An Post for additional confirmation. Proof of delivery from An Post is crucial for replacement or refund consideration. If An Post confirms delivery with proof of the package but the customer states otherwise. We cannot and will not issue a replacement, Return or refund for the customers package, as we take confirmation of delivery from An Post very seriously.

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • We kindly remind customers that they are responsible for reaching out to An Post in such cases. Your proactive communication ensures a smooth resolution process.

  • Loss or Damage Disclaimer:

    • While we take great care in delivering orders to the provided address, The Colourful Crystal cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if parcels are redirected to a different location. Please provide the correct address for a seamless delivery process. The Colourful Crystal will not take any responsibility for packages damaged during transit. We label all of our packages with a Fragile sticker stating not to fold, bend, crush the package.

  • Tax and Customs Information:

    • The Colourful Crystal is not liable for any taxes, customs charges, or import fees incurred by your parcel. Customers bear full responsibility for these charges, and non-payment may impact the order or parcel delivery.

  • Currency Considerations:

    • Note that currency values may fluctuate. Customers are responsible for checking and understanding currency rates and conversions.

Returns Terms and Conditions

At The Colourful Crystal, we value your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for our products. To initiate a return or cancellation, follow these guidelines:

  1. Contact us within 14 days:

    • If you're unhappy with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of the purchase date.

  1. Cancellation and Shipping Charges:

    • If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it without any charges.

    • If the order has shipped, you'll need to cover the postage costs for returns or replacements initiated after shipping.

  1. Refund/Exchange Policy:

    • To request a refund or exchange, provide your order number or confirmation email.

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  1. Faulty or Non-Standard Products:

  • We cover shipping costs of up to €6 for faulty or non-standard products.

​

  • For returns on faulty items, we cover the shipping cost of €6. We recommend using a small package under €6 for returns. Any shipping costs on faulty items exceeding €6 will be the responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses store credit, we will deduct the €6 postage cost from the returned product cost and add it to store credit. However, if a customer places another order, they are responsible for the new shipping costs.

  • For change of mind returns, customers bear and have to pay the return postage costs.

  1. Return Conditions:

    • Original packaging, Original Goods including gifts and undamaged and unworn goods are required for refunds or exchanges.

    • For change of mind returns, Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Faulty earring returns require proof (e.g., photos).

    • We do accept returns on faulty earrings, if the earrings have a default, the earrings must be returned back to us for inspection on the default.

  1. Discounted Goods:

    • Discounted items are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

​

  1. Damaged Packaging/Goods:

    • Returns of damaged packaging, missing packaging, missing goods, missing gifts or overall goods will be refused, with alternative suggestions provided.

When a refund has been mutually agreed upon between The Colourful Crystal and the customer, our seamless process ensures a hassle-free experience:

    • Returned in original packaging without damage, tears, or signs of wear and tear.

    • Includes original stickers and packaging as received.

    • Items must be undamaged, unbroken, and show no signs of wear and tear.

    • Gifts we add to the box must be returned back to us as well.

  • Refund Process:

    • Upon meeting the criteria, The Colourful Crystal processes a full refund to the customer's platform or bank.

    • We utilize Sumup as our payment provider, initiating a refund request to the customer's bank or card issuer.

  • Refund Duration:

    • The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

    • The timeline may vary based on the customer's bank. The Colourful Crystal is not accountable for delays beyond this period, as the refund is processed through Sumup and your Bank Provider.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Once a refund request is made and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

    • The Colourful Crystal bears no responsibility if a customer chooses to cancel a refund. In such cases, goods will not be refunded, replaced, or returned.

  • Terms and Conditions Agreement:

    • By accessing, viewing, and purchasing from our site, you implicitly agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancelling an order

  • Order Cancellation Procedure:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, promptly notify us at Contactus@thecolourfulcrystal.com.

    • If the goods have been shipped before cancellation, you, the consumer, are responsible for returning the products. The consumer must bear the postage cost.

  • Postage Cost Responsibility:

    • The Colourful Crystal will not cover the postage cost if the consumer contacts us after the order has been shipped or delivered.

    • In such instances, The Colourful Crystal is not accountable for the postage cost and will not issue a refund until the package is returned.
