Absolutely! Our packaging is designed to be gift-ready, including all jewellery and delivery boxes. We also exclude invoices from packages to ensure a seamless gifting experience.

While we can’t guarantee modifications after processing begins, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel the order.

Yes, due to hygiene and custom-order considerations, items like earrings and personalized crystals are non-returnable. All products from the €10 Thursday sale are also non returnable.
